Very intense ruby red color; complex and inviting bouquet, with hints of cherries, enriched with pleasant notes of cloves. A full-bodied wine, pleasantly soft at first, complex; it strikes with its remarkable freshness.

Pairs well with seasonal cold cuts, vegetable soups, grilled meat, roasts, boiled meat and savory cheese. The ideal companion for a dish that would ordinarily not be easily paired like a timbale of tagliolini and artichokes.
