We use the information we collect to recommend wines, process and deliver your order, verify age as required by California law, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
AI Sommelier
When you use our AI sommelier, the food or occasion you type is sent to our pairing service to generate a wine recommendation. If you use the Photo Sommelier, your photo is processed in-memory only to identify the dish or wine label and is never stored, saved or logged — only the resulting recommendation is recorded in anonymous analytics. We do not require an account and do not use this to identify you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used solely to improve our website and services.
