Tasting Notes

Bright pale pink in colour, it has an elegant bouquet of jasmine and rose petals, with delicate fruity notes of peach, melon, pink grapefruit and marshmallow. Fresh, crisp and zesty. Lightly bitter at the end with a smooth finish. It stands out for its finesse and persistence.

Best Served With

Excellent with oysters, caviar and crabs. highly recommended with fish soup, cous cous and foie gras. Great with smocked fish.
