Clear, intense ruby red in color with aromas of blackberry jam, spring flowers; flavors follow the lead of the nose with the addition of spice, earth and smoke, a dry, fresh long lasting wine with good balance, and slight acidity.


  • Pairing: Pairs well with antipasti with dry cured salumi, first courses including pasta's with red sauce, bean dishes including soups, red meats, pork, lamb, poultry, game as well as an assortment of medium aged cheeses.
