Brilliant ruby red color with aromas of cherry mint, and herbs, with carry forward from the nose with elegant, juicy fruits, smooth texture and a long intense full flavor.

  • Pairing: Pairs well with baked or roasted pork, pheasant, other wild game birds, aged hard cheeses such as parmiggiano reggiano, pecorino di sardegna, as well as dry cured meats, olives and marinated and or grilled vegetables.
